Family Solicitor

Family Solicitor – Family Solicitor required for busy department undertaking both Publicly funded and Private work. Career progression will be achieved through the firm and the position affords a very good opportunity to the right candidate.

The candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload. They will be expected to deal with cases from the start of a case through to conclusion including attending court to deal with own advocacy, where necessary. The successful candidate will be required to conduct a full range of duties to include audio typing, filing, photocopying and data entry. You must have a good average typing speed, and also be confident speaking with clients on a daily basis.

It is essential that you have a previous background within Family Law and a working knowledge of the various forms/documents associated with this area. You will also have strong Microsoft Office skills in particular Word.

Minimum 1 year PQE.

Salary dependent upon experience.
