Mark Irlam
Mark is educated to degree level, obtaining this from Huddersfield University, before completing his Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
In July 1997, Mark joined Steele Ford and Newton as a trainee solicitor and completed his training contract. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors on 15th July 1999 before becoming a partner at the firm on 1st August 2002.
Mark is the Head of the Personal Injury Department and specialises in all types of accident work including catastrophic injuries sustained by claimants. He has dealt with a number of multi-million pound claims.
Mark also deals with criminal work having dealt with some of the firm's more high profile cases from serious sexual offences, serious drug offences and murder.
Mark is a keen follower of Manchester United Football Club and Burnley Football Club. He also plays golf and is a member of Nelson Golf Club. Mark also has a keen interest in social media and is on linkedin, twitter and facebook. He can be found at @solicitorsmark on twitter.
