Lee Hammond
Lee is educated to post graduate diploma level, having obtained his Law Degree at Liverpool John Moore’s University and then completing the Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law.
Lee completed his training contract and qualified with a Lancashire based firm. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors on 15th December 2003.
In November 2007, Lee joined Steele Ford & Newton specialising in Criminal Law. Lee provides legal representation to clients at Crown Court, Magistrates Court and the Police Station, for offences that range from motoring to murder. Most notably he has represented a number of clients suspected of murder, and a £4 million HBOS fraud.
In January 2009 Lee became a partner at the practice allowing him to take an active role in the management, development and expansion of the practice.
Lee is a keen supporter of Preston North End Football Club having grown up in Preston before moving to East Lancashire to develop his career.
Lee is also a member of the Burnley Premier Homing Society, a local Pigeon Racing club and hopes to achieve success at racing pigeons from the continent as far afield as Barcelona.
Lee is a keen swimmer and has set himself the aim of completing an open water swim, having swum his first non-stop mile.
