Court of Protection

In some cases, people will develop illnesses or have accidents which may render them unable to deal with their affairs due to the losing of their mental or physical capacity. In this case, an application has to be made to the Court of Protection requesting them to appoint someone to deal with their affairs on their behalf. This person will apply to be appointed to act as a 'Deputy' and will be able to handle the affairs of the person who lacks capacity.

This process can be time consuming and complex but we have a team who are able to deal with all matters on your behalf from start to finish.
